Non è giustificabile... È vero che lei l'ha comunicato prima, è vero che abbiamo accettato (compleanno di mia figlia 2 ore dopo e ci siamo stati costretti ad accettare per mancanza di tempo)... Le recensioni servono anche a questo... Ne ha avute molte belle e sicuramente meritate... Lei è anche molto gentile e mi spiace veramente. Non ho criticato l'insieme, ma solo ed esclusivamente questo servizio... A volte le critiche possono essere custruttive... Premetto che non è da me fare recensioni in genere, in particolar modo se queste sono negative, te so sempre a giuatificare... Ma 5 euro per far gonfiare un palloncino ad elio... Beh... Senza parole... Palloncino fornito da me e pesino comprato da lei a parte alle 5 ovviamente... Non invoglia certo a tornare...
