★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man was so lovely and did a good job with the cut.... but the lady :/ ..... My bf had a trim on top and beard, all up took 15mins... Afterwards she asked for €45!!! What a joke... Couldn't believe it!!! I feel she was rude and scammed us because we were tourist.. If you go here make sure to negotiate price before going ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a busy day I got a quick, professional cut with no wait. Traveling on vacation from Atlanta and l let my hair get away from me a bit. My wife said she couldn’t picture my hair looking any better. The lady speaks English, the man does not. Very kind people, great spot. €20, perfetto!

Barbers do not know much English but they were very willing to be patient so i could explain as best as I could. The prices were very fair. The lady who worked on me was very tedious about every detail for my haircut and shave. I was a very satisfied customer. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a quick trim while on vacation and the gentleman took care of me. Only a 5 minute wait with a walk in (no appointment). Brought a picture of my regular haircut and we were off to the races!
Within 15 minutes my hair was expertly trimmed and cut with great attention to detail and prompt and courteous service. I should mention that I am fairly picky and the wife even more so and even she approved!
Great old school barbershop which was a refreshing change of scenery.
Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worse experience in this place. I went here as it was near the hotel I stayed. Though the gentleman was kind. He cannot cut hair other than with scissors. I have thick hair and was not expecting to have a great cut. I also had a shave and somehow I was not expecting a great shave. I had to tell the gentleman how to blend in with clipper. I had to give a lot of instructions on shave. At the end they charged me £40! The lady is a gangster. I don't believe they realize how this builds a reputation.
This is not a good barbershop to visit if you're not Italian!! Definitely not as a tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I would visit Florence haven't since 2007, first thing I would do is get my hair cut here by an elderly guy who I believe was the owner at the time. I speak very little Italian and he did speak English. He was always so pleasant every visit.
