★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica cosa positiva la vicinanza al centro, camera piccola e sporca ,mancanza di tv e bideet e informazioni poco chiare ujuv9 parcheggio nella zona costosissimo e non segnalato alla prenotazione

La atención malísima, cero idioma, la mujer que lo lleva no sabe ni quien llega ni quien se tiene que ir es un desorden ni si quiera sabe lo que tiene que cobrar y encima pide más de lo que es. Sucio y ruidoso sobretodo porque los dueños discuten gritando delante de los clientes durante todo el dia. No hay ninguna intimidad, llegaron a entrar dos veces en nuestra habitación estando nosotros dentro sin ni siquiera llamar a la puerta. Un auténtico desastre.
Appalling. The bad attention, zero language, the woman who carries it does not know who arrives or who has to go is a mess or even know what you have to charge and ask for more than it is. Dirty and noisy especially because the owners argue screaming in front of the customers all day long. There is no privacy, they came to enter our room twice while we were inside without even knocking on the door. A real disaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Это комнаты в квартире в самом центре Флоренции, пешком удобно добираться почти везде. К тому же, недалеко от вокзала.
Очень грязно, не было горячей воды, всё старое, хозяева практически не говорят по-английски, во дворе в пять утра начинают разговаривать, слышимость между комнатами такая, что ощущение, будто разговаривают у тебя под ухом. За 70 евро за ночь - чудовищно.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ragazzi, proprio non ci siamo! Ho pagato 70€ per una notte (2 persone) ma non ci vale per niente. Manca proprio dei requisiti base, mi spiace anche perché è in un'ottima posizione vicinissima al centro di Firenze.
No, guys, we're just not there! I paid € 70 for one night (2 people) but it's not worth it at all. Lacks its basic requirements, I'm sorry also because it is in a great location very close to the center of Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only speak Italian but they have Wi-Fi so use Google to translate but they know basic English. Really good bang for your buck and they are nice people. Location is awesome and they allow you store your bags even after check out
