La commessa di Asti mi aveva detto che a stretto giro, informata la casa produttrice, mi avrebbe sostituto il prodotto. Stamattina, sono passati 13 giorni, ho chiamato per avere notizie e l'altra commessa, mi pare di nome Katia, molto sgarbatamente mi ha detto che devo rispettare i tempi tecnici e che ci sono altre priorità al mondo.
