★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato detto di passare lunedì o martedì per ritirare la patente rinnovata con delega della persona che ha eseguito il rinnovo, vado là nei giorni concordati e trovo chiuso per ferie fino al 22 agosto. Non essendo stato rilasciato nessun foglio sostitutivo fino al 22 agosto l'interessato non potrà guidare. Spero che l'autoscuola mi scriverà qui e mi darà la possibilità di ritirare in questi giorni la patente rinnovata, che non è stato possibile ritirare, come già detto, a causa di informazioni errate fornite dall'autoscuola stessa in merito al ritiro. Preciso inoltre che su Google l'autoscuola risulta aperta, con tanto di orari di apertura. Almeno aggiornate su Google e scrivete che siete in ferie, per risparmiare la strada a tutti coloro si recano da voi vedendo in Internet che l'attività è aperta in questi giorni. Non basta mettere un cartello e ciao, occorre aggiornare gli orari su Google e scrivere ferie fino al 22

I hope that the driving school will write to me here and will give me the opportunity to collect the renewed license in these days, which was not possible to withdraw, as already mentioned, due to incorrect information provided by the driving school itself regarding the withdrawal. I also specify that on Google the driving school is open, complete with opening hours. At least update on Google and write that you are on vacation, to save the road to all those who come to you seeing on the Internet that the business is open these days. It is not enough to put a sign and hello, you need to update the timetables on Google and write holidays until 22
