★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale pessimo!!!! Sono entrata al bar salutando educatamente e I baristi non si sono degnati nemmeno di un cenno di saluto. Ho aspettato 10 minuti per avere il mio caffè (nonostante il bar fosse vuoto) perché il barista, senza mascherina, era impegnato a conversare con la sua collega. Quest’ultima, mi ha fatto aspettare altri 5 minuti per pagare poiché ancora impegnata a parlare con il suo collega. Scortesi e scostumati, ci hanno anche negato di sederci al tavolo. In tutta questa esperienza super negativa, anche il caffè è stato super deludente.
 Bad staff !!!! I entered the bar saying goodbye politely and the bartenders did not even deign to say hello. I waited 10 minutes to get my coffee (despite the bar being empty) because the barista, without a mask, was busy conversing with his colleague. The latter made me wait another 5 minutes to pay as she is still busy talking to her colleague. Rude and impolite, they also denied us to sit at the table. Throughout this super bad experience, the coffee was also super disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese. Sono entrato, ho chiesto con cortesia di fare due caffè ma il barista facendo finta di non vedermi continuava a parlare con l'altra collega. La collega analoga scortesia. Ho dovuto aspettare 5 minuti per pagare ed invitarla a venire alla cassa perché impegnata a continuare la conversazione con il collega. Servizio deludente.
Very rude staff. I entered, I politely asked to make two coffees but the barista pretending not to see me kept talking to the other colleague. The colleague similar rudeness. I had to wait 5 minutes to pay and invite her to come to the cashier because she was busy continuing the conversation with her colleague. Disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not even have the chance of having a lunch, since the server IGNORED me and my wife for 40 minutes, even though she served several other tables next to us in the meantime. I complained with the cashier, but he said only the server could take orders. Eventually, we gave up waiting or else we would risk missing our train.
Horrible and shameful customer service!
