★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antipatici e scorretti. Mi hanno fatto spendere 30€ dicendo poi che il loro terminale non funzionava. Dopo essere tornato mi han risposto male e mandato via. È inutile che rispondete a questa recensione dicendo falsità. Non ci verrò più.
Unpleasant and unfair. They made me spend € 30 and then said their terminal didn't work. After I came back they answered me wrong and sent me away. It is useless for you to reply to this review by saying falsehoods. I won't go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una ricarica per l'abbonamento mensile gtt, ma mi hanno ricaricato l'abbonamento sbagliato. Capisco l'errore umano, ma mi sarei aspettata un trattamento diverso da quello che ho ricevuto io, visto che per un loro errore ci ho rimesso l'abbonamento e i biglietti che devo comunque comprare per andare al lavoro. Non ci metteró piú piede.
I asked for a top up for the gtt monthly pass, but they top up the wrong pass. I understand the human error, but I would have expected a different treatment from the one I received, since due to their mistake I lost the season ticket and the tickets that I still have to buy to go to work. I won't set foot there again.
