Voltura fatta il 20 dicembre e procedura terminata a il 20 gennaio.
Disorganizzati: non hanno comunicato da nessuna parte le chiusure prolungate del periodo natalizio.
Scortesi: al telefono sempre scazzati ed anche in ufficio mezzo sorriso manco per sbaglio.
Si credono furbi: dal 3 gennaio ho iniziato a chiamare per chiedere informazioni sulla mia pratica ed hanno sempre risposto in maniera diversiva.
Pessimi davvero.
Bad.
Vulture done on December 20th and procedure ended on January 20th.
Disorganized: they have not communicated anywhere the prolonged closings of the Christmas period.
Rude: always on the phone and always in the office half a smile I miss by mistake.
They think they are smart: from 3 January I started calling to ask for information about my practice and they always answered in a different way.

Ma nel mio caso ho venduto una vettura la pratica è stata fatta da loro ..... ma non è mai stata registrata la voltura a sistema, nonostante sia stato tutto regolarmente pagato ed oltretutto formalizzato sull'atto di Vendita ! FATE ATTENZIONE PERCHe' ADESSO VENIRNE FUPORI è UN CASINO !
TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY. Now I have given everything to the State Police which I hope will solve the problem. But in my case I sold a car the practice was done by them ..... but the transfer to the system was never recorded, despite the fact that everything was duly paid and moreover formalized on the Sale deed! Telefono per sapere come mai nel portale dell’automobilista l’auto venduta risulta ancora intestata a me e non compare quella acquistata.
Mi ridono al telefono dicendo che non sanno nulla! Incredibile!! E pensare che per un’altra auto, la cui voltura è stata fatta presso Aci di Susa, il libretto è giunto in 48 ore e la targa risulta già intestata a me nel portale.
Insomma pensano solo a far volture senza seguirne l’evoluzione ed in più sono molto maleducati. Mi rivolgerò alla Polizia Stradale ovviamente.
