Aperto tutti i giorni, anche la domenica mattina. Le ragazze sono una certezza! In dieci anni non ho mai cambiato bar.
It's definitely my favorite bar in the neighborhood. My day begins with Sara and Cristina's breakfast and ends with their aperitif. Always very kind and smiling. Open every day, even on Sunday mornings. Girls are a certainty! In ten years I have never changed bars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio bar preferito in centro a Bologna. Sara, Cristina e la loro mamma sono davvero speciali. ottimi prodotti, dai panini alle insalate, ai caffeè e cappuccini. Ampia scelta di succhi di frutta e una super piadina che nulla invidia alla piadina delle località romagnole (specialmente quella alla Nutella). Le ragazze sono fantastiche, sorridenti, gentili come non mai. è un piacere pranzare da loro! ve lo consiglio caldamente!
My favorite bar in the center of Bologna. Sara, Cristina and their mother are really special. excellent products, from sandwiches to salads, to coffees and cappuccinos. Wide choice of fruit juices and a super piadina that does not envy the piadina from the Romagna area (especially the Nutella one). The girls are fantastic, smiling, kind as never before. it's a pleasure to have lunch with them! I highly recommend it!

Chez Is my go to Café-Bar in Bologna. The Jovial staff makes what is most likely the best Cappuccino in Bologna. For breakfast they always have a vast assortment of daily fresh Croissants, Brioches, Pasty and “Cornettos”.
It is very close to the station and is the only Bar-Tabaccheria on Via Amendola. One can buy stamps, tobacco, cellphone data, bus pass and even some train tickets.
After Breakfast, I often stop buy for a sandwich, piadina and sometimes a salad. The portions are good, and the price is competitive.
In addition, they make a very good spritz and it is nice to sit outside with friends during the summer or cool off inside. Also for Aperitivo a drink inside comes with a selection of finger food and conversation with the super fun staff. It is very much a family and convivial atmosphere that welcomes both locals and travelers alike.
Make sure to try a Spritz with Barbieri, it is similar to Campari but I prefer it.
