Persino la mia amica che ritiene essere il suo il migliore, si è dovuta ricredere e 2 giorni dopo, a Napoli, patria dell'Espresso, non ho trovato un degno rivale! Miscela Illy, quindi presente in gran parte di caffetterie e pasticcerie, ma con una lavorazione particolare (come ci ha spiegato uno dei baristi), che lo rende unico e di qualità estrema. Cremoso, corposo, compatto, dal retrogusto dolciastro, nessuna nota di amarezza, rigorosamente servito bollente e preceduto da un bel bicchiere di acqua! 10 e lode! The best coffee we've ever had. Il posto è decisamente caratteristico per il centro di viterbo, che dopo un caffè, uno spuntino o un rilassante pranzetto merita di essere visitato. Posti a sedere sia interni che esterni ed ottimi dopo aver fatto un pò di passi per parcheggiare la macchina, ma per chi ha piacere di visitare Viterbo non è un problema. Continuate così ragazzzi, con il sorriso sulle labbra per amore del vostro lavoro.. Da provare e consigliare.. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. I loro prodotti sono ottimi e l'unica pecca del bar è la dimensione dello spazio interno. Punto a favore invece è lo spazio esterno, l'ideale nel tranquillo quartiere storico. Excellent location due to its proximity to the San Carlo dell'Unitus department, it is inconvenient for those who want to get there by car. The staff is nice and nice. Their products are excellent and the only flaw of the bar is the size of the interior space. A plus point is the outdoor space, ideal in the quiet historic district.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The coffee was excellent and the pastries fresh. There is free wi-fi inside and a nice terrace overlooking the 13th++ century fountain. Places like this are why I come to Italy.
