★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto accogliente, pulito, dal personale cortese e rapido nel servizio: di sera, abbiamo mangiato una pizza buonissima, dall'impasto fragrante, e ricca d'ingredienti, come pure buonissimi sono stati i gelatini mignon...!!! Di giorno, invece, abbiamo preso, in due momenti diversi, un'ottima granita (io l'ho presa alla fragola ed era buonissima) con una morbida brioche ed, in tarda mattinata, un fresco e buon aperitivo...esperienza, sicuramente, da ripetere anche perché il paese di Mistretta è una perla dalla rara bellezza, incastonata sui Nebrodi, che vale la pena di visitare...!!!
Very welcoming, clean place, with courteous and quick service: in the evening, we ate a very good pizza, with a fragrant dough, and rich in ingredients, as well as delicious were the mignon jellies ... !!! During the day, however, we took, at two different times, an excellent granita (I had it with strawberry and it was very good) with a soft brioche and, in the late morning, a fresh and good aperitif ... experience, for sure , to be repeated also because the town of Mistretta is a pearl of rare beauty, set on the Nebrodi, which is worth a visit ... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un breve soggiorno a Mistretta per motivi di lavoro, ho avuto il piacere di pranzare al Ristorante Primavera, dove ho apprezzato le prelibatezze del Signor Filetto e della Signora Anna, piatti tipici ottimi e pizze speciali, accompagnati da cordialità e gentilezza, un ringraziamento particolare a Simona per la sua disponibilità e simpatia. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili. Piatti semplici ma molto buoni con ingredienti a km 0. Tradizione più "montanara" che marina (in fondo siamo quasi a 1000 m). Notevoli i dolci e i gelati di produzione propria.
Kind. Simple but very good dishes with 0 km ingredients. More "mountain" than marine tradition (basically we are almost at 1000 m). Notable desserts and ice cream from own production.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon ristorante annesso ad una pasticceria importante. Nei piatti, tagliatelle ai funghi e grigliata, ho ritrovato il sapore, ormai in generale perso, sia del condimento dei funghi che dalla grigliata classica siciliana. Ottimo ed attento al cliente il servizio.
