Una signora, penso la proprietaria ci si è rivolta in toni tutt'altro che gentili perché ci siamo attardati a scegliere i gelati. Se non vi piace il lavoro a contatto col pubblico vi consiglio di cambiare mestiere... In caso contrario ci sono mille corsi di formazione che potreste fare per imparare come trattare degnamente una clientela che paga con denaro sonante tutto, dall'ingresso ad un semplice bicchiete d'acqua. I must say that the management should be more careful about the relationship with the customer. A lady, I think the owner turned to us in tones that were anything but kind because we lingered to choose ice cream. If you do not like the work in contact with the public I suggest you change jobs ... Otherwise there are a thousand training courses that you could do to learn how to treat worthily a clientele that pays with cash everything from entry to a simple glass of water.
