★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto ma personale molto scortese e maleducato. Pur essendo miei connazionali sono stati sgarbati. Abbiamo guidato per 3 ore e sebbene non era ancora orario di chiusura non volevano farci finire la documentazione.
Nice place but very rude and rude staff. Despite being my countrymen they were rude. We drove for 3 hours and although it was not yet closing time they didn't want us to finish the documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lep nas konzulat u Trstu. Na lepom mestu je, ima lep pogled. Uredjen park u dvorištu ambasade i lepo je doć i videti. Osoblje kulturno, fino i veoma uslužno. Za konzula nema šta za reče ne sve reći hvale samo njegovo ime i prezime znači ko ga zna a on je veliki gospodin Dragan Kićanović.
Nice Consulate in Trieste. In a nice place, it has a nice view. An arranged park in the courtyard of the embassy and it's nice to see. The staff is cultured, nice and very helpful. For the consul there is nothing to say, not to say everything praise only his name and last name means who knows him and he is a great Mr. Dragan Kicanovic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosa serve il numero di telefono ... ? Se uno vuole chiedere spiegazioni senza prendere ed andare li a perdere solo tempo ... come deve fare ?
Dovrebbe essere aperto almeno 8 ore al giorno non è una baracca per vendere frutta ... si parla di un consolato ... io non capiro mai queste cose.
What is the phone number for ...? If one wants to ask for explanations without taking and going there to waste only time ... how should he do it?
It should be open at least 8 hours a day. It is not a shack to sell fruit ... there is talk of a consulate ... I will never understand these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ci siamo trovati molto,molto bene rispetto ai anni precedenti. Personale organizzato e professionale ai massimi livelli come non mai! E stato un piacere andarci ambedue le volte ( x il rinnovo e ritiro del passaporto nuovo). Il signore davanti alla entrata della ambasciata molto gentile e professionale, accoglie le persone distribuisce i numeri in ordine di arrivo e si preoccupa che tutto funzioni nel migliore dei modi, complimenti!
We personally found ourselves very, very well compared to previous years. Organized and professional staff at the highest levels like never before! It was a pleasure to go there both times (x renewal and withdrawal of the new passport). The gentleman in front of the entrance of the embassy very kind and professional, welcomes people, distributes the numbers in order of arrival and is concerned that everything works in the best way, congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuzno je to kako jedan portir moze da narusi ugled jedne zemlje! Za 11 godina koliko zivim u IT nisam naisla na tako neljubaznu osobu kao sto je to gospodin koji bi trebao da bude koliko toliko ljubazan ako je vec ne znam kako dosao tu i zauzeo to radno mesto!! Sramota ! Pod hitno da se prekomanduje za portira na nekom parkingu eventualno na sajmu poljoprivrede i stocarstva ako je moguce.
It is sad how a porter can damage the reputation of a country! In the 11 years I've been living in IT, I haven't come across such an unkind person as a gentleman who should be as kind as he is if I don't already know how he got there and took that job !! Shame! Urgently to be reassigned to a porter in a parking lot, possibly at the fair of agriculture and animal husbandry, if possible.
