Quest'anno per il battesimo della nostra piccola abbiamo di nuovo scelto questa pasticceria e lo stesso tipo di torta perché oltre a realizzare dolci squisiti (torta chantilly e nutella da leccarsi i baffi) ed esteticamente belli, la Mimosa è una pasticceria con personale cortese, professionale e preciso, che sa fare bene il proprio lavoro. Vivendo a Bologna non possiamo purtroppo essere assidui clienti, ma sicuramente torniamo con piacere per le prossime ricorrenze a servirci da Carla e il suo staff, oltre a consigliarlo agli amici.
In 2017, recommended by our catering, we ordered the wedding cake here. What to say? This year for the baptism of our little girl we have again chosen this pastry and the same type of cake because in addition to making exquisite desserts (chantilly cake and mouth-watering nutella) and aesthetically beautiful, Mimosa is a pastry shop with courteous staff, professional and precise, who knows how to do his job well. Living in Bologna, unfortunately, we cannot be regular customers, but we certainly come back with pleasure for the next few anniversaries to serve us by Carla and her staff, as well as recommending it to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile affabile e disponibile. Unico problema,paste terribili. Era tanto che nn mi fermavo a prendere le brioche,non so avranno cambiato qualcosa, ma le ho trovate pessime,piccole biscottate e prive di sapore. Mi spiace ma nn posso mettere altre stelle.
Very kind, affable and helpful staff. Only problem, terrible pastries. It was a long time since I stopped to get the croissants, I don't know they will have changed something, but I found them very bad, small biscuits and without flavor. I'm sorry but I can't put other stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendida esperienza! La pasticceria La Mimosa ha curato la nostra torta di matrimonio ed è stato il pezzo forte in assoluto. Semplicemente squisita, tanto che tutti gli ospiti ne parlano ancora :) bella fuori e buonissima dentro. Assolutamente consigliata!
Wonderful experience! La Mimosa pastry shop took care of our wedding cake and it was the absolute highlight. Simply exquisite, so much so that all guests still talk about it :) beautiful outside and delicious inside. Absolutely recommended!
