Terminato l'acquisto mi sono subito recata a casa ed ho aperto la confezione. Con mio profondo disgusto ho potuto constatare che il prodotto appena acquistato puzzava e sono stata costretta a gettarlo nei rifiuti. Volevo riportarlo indietro ma per mancanza di tempo non ho potuto farlo. Ho deciso comunque di scrivervi per segnalare l'accaduto e per censurare il comportamento dei vostri addetti al reparto in oggetto. Non pretendo di essere risarcita ma, come cliente affezionata, pretendo più attenzione e maggior controllo della qualità e della freschezza dei prodotti. Sicura di un vostro riscontro, colgo l'occasione per porgere distinti saluti ho mandato lettera in Coop ma nessuno mi no risponde ? Questo fa si che a seconda di chi presidia le casse veloci ci siano dei casi in cui non è possibile accedere con il carrello e in altri casi la cosa non viene rilevata e si puo passare anche con il carrello pieno . Se la regola deve esse applicata è giusto che venga segnalata per iscritto e sia vincolante per tutti i clienti e per tutti gli operatori . In caso contrario l'unica limitazione all'accesso dovrebbe il superamento dei 15 pezzi acquistati come segnalato dai cartelli. Ci sono anche prodotti tipici della zona come tigelle e tortellini; e le raviole con la mostarda bolognese che sono buonissime. La mostarda è una marmellata di mele e pere cotogne. Tanti prodotti solo confezionati (vedi spianata piccante in banco fino al mese scorso). Spesso spazi vuoti nei lineari. Spesso mancano prodotti. I nuovi assunti lasciati soli in particolare nel reparto gastronomia. Loro ce la mettono tutta sono gentili e disponibili ma è una pessima organizzazione.
