Da ex pasticcere quale sono posso dire che e' difficile trovare nel basso piemonte e in liguria una qualita' cosi alta nella produzione. Consiglio i cannoncini e i diplomatici. Bravi conntinuate cosi!!!!!!!!!!! In passing we wanted to taste the fresh pastry. As a former pastry chef that I am I can say that it is difficult to find such high quality production in the lower Piedmont and Liguria. I recommend the cannons and the diplomats. Well done, keep up the good work !!!!!!!!!!!
I	Il Biscottificio di Pamparato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valutazione negativa non della colazione (ottima brioche, farcita al momento, buono il cappuccino), ma al comportamento del personale: al mio ingresso mi siedo al tavolino , quando arriva la Signora a prendere l'ordinazione mi preparo a mostrare il Super Green Pass la stessa signora mi dice "lo controlliamo dopo" (N.B. era la prima volta che entravo in quel locale)...morale: colazione consumata, nessun controllo al mio Green Pass, ne tantomeno ad alcun altro tavolino (il locale era particolarmente affollato). Non ci si comporta così, soprattutto in questo periodo. Bocciatissimo Negative evaluation not of the breakfast (excellent brioche, filled at the moment, good cappuccino), but of the behavior of the staff: at my entrance I sit at the table, when the Lady arrives to take the order I prepare to show the Super Green Pass the same lady tells me "we'll check it later" (NB it was the first time I entered that place) ... moral: breakfast consumed, no check at my Green Pass, nor at any other table (the place was particularly crowded). We do not behave like this, especially in this period. Absolutely rejected

La scelta è ricaduta su un cioccolatino ripieno di produzione propria, così buono che non ho potuto che acquistare anche un panettone e una torta alla nocciola. All'assaggio a casa si sono rivelati eccezionali, con un'eccellente qualità di ingredienti. Rimpiango il non aver acquistato un paio di panettoni in più. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, il locale è ben curato e carino. Nota di merito, di questi tempi, l'attenzione alle norme di sicurezza è stata impeccabile. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per la pasticceria! Passing through Ceva, I entered the place for a coffee and something sweet to accompany it. The choice fell on a filled chocolate of own production, so good that I could only buy a panettone and a hazelnut cake. When tasted at home they proved to be exceptional, with an excellent quality of ingredients. I regret not having bought an extra couple of panettone. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is well cared for and nice. Note of merit, these days, the attention to safety regulations has been impeccable. Absolutely recommended, especially for pastry!
