★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cornetto più buono di Gorizia! Enorme, digeribilissimo, soffice dentro e croccante fuori. Poco sfogliato perché è più un pan brioche che una pasta sfoglia da croissant, ma fidatevi che merita di brutto e soprattutto non vi resta sullo stomaco come quello di tante altre pasticcerie della città! Se posso fare un appunto sulla farcitura dopo aver assaggiato tutte le versioni: preferirei più marmellata (scusate sono molto golosa ?) e meno crema, anzi, suggersico crema pasticcera semplice, senza l'aggiunta di panna montata, che mi pare venga messa anche nella versione al cioccolato.
Quanto al resto: personale sempre cortese anche se indaffarato (cosa che qualcuno dovrebbe imparare! Sì, dico proprio a te, barista de La Girandola in corso Verdi), con un'attenzione e un servizio attento anche per i clienti a 4 zampe; vetrine sempre curate e con prodotti freschi esposti, dolci che cambiano ogni giorno! Bravi! Continuate a portare avanti qualità e tradizione che, visti i tempi che corrono, non sono e non saranno più tanto comuni. APPROVATO DA ULI-ULI ?
The best croissant in Gorizia! Huge, highly digestible, soft inside and crunchy outside. Little peeled because it is more a brioche than a puff pastry for croissants, but trust me it deserves bad and above all it does not stay on your stomach like that of many other pastry shops in the city! If I can make a note on the filling after having tasted all the versions: I would prefer more jam (sorry I'm very greedy ?) and less cream, indeed, suggestive simple custard, without the addition of whipped cream, which I think is also put in the chocolate version.
As for the rest: staff always courteous even if busy (something that someone should learn! Yes, I mean you, bartender at La Girandola in corso Verdi), with attention and attentive service even for 4-legged customers; showcases always cured and with fresh products on display, sweets that change every day! Well done! Continue to carry on quality and tradition which, given the current times, are not and will no longer be so common. APPROVED BY ULI-ULI ?
