Alan e suo cognato Danilo sono i primissimi a Sarzana ad aprire, subito pronto il servizio, ottimo sia il" dolce" che il "salato" ,e , naturalmente il caffè. Simpatia, calore, accoglienza e velocità nell 'esercizio sono esemplari, come i loro prodotti. Ci sono passato stamani prima di andar per funghi, dopo anni, sembrava come che ci fossimo visti la mattina precedente, come un tempo. Purtroppo ,però, manca Paolo, il Padre di Alan e Padre del Bar ,la cui gentilezza e simpatia non posso celare, come l'umanità che aveva: mi hanno aiutato in pochissimi nei tempi più duri, Paolo è stato uno dei pochi. Come il suo Bar, che ha dalla sua di avere Tabaccheria ed Edicola a fianco ed entrata-uscita dell' Autostrada a due passi ! Lavoro mattutino sul serio ,a rullo compressore di qualità, e poi a casa presto ! Perfetto ! It was my bar for years .... Then I changed position, so it became very long and out of the way. Ottima la sua posizione alle porte della piccola città di Sarzana e subito all'uscita autostradale A12, accanto é disponibile anche una piccola edicola e tabacchino.
