Abbastanza economico e non appena possibile ci faccio sempre un salto, per passare qualche ora in natura nonostante la vicinanza della statale. Bel posto per i bambini con giochi e passatempo. F	Franco Pagliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena prima del Santuario di Castelpetroso percorrendo la S.S. 17 verso Isernia vi è questa piccola area di sosta, attrezzata con panche e acqua corrente del Matese con il bar , che offre anche un buon ed economico servizio ristorante. Menù turistico a € 12 di buona qualità in ambiente pulito e arioso. Da ritornarci dono una passeggiata sui monti o una sciata a Campitello Matese. Just before the Sanctuary of Castelpetroso along the S.S. 17 towards Isernia there is this small rest area, equipped with benches and running water from the Matese with the bar, which also offers a good and cheap restaurant service. Good quality tourist menu for € 12 in a clean and airy environment. To return there I give a walk in the mountains or a ski in Campitello Matese.

Una sorgente di acqua freschissima arricchisce la sosta. Adatto anche a mezzi più grandi per l'ampia piazzola di sosta disponibile sul lungo strada. Dispone di un'area con giochi per bambini. Consigliata. A refreshment point on the state road that connects Isernia to Termoli, has a room with limited places and a picnic area with tables-benches. A source of fresh water enriches the stop. Also suitable for larger vehicles due to the large lay-by available along the road. It has an area with games for children. Recommended.
