★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori bar vintage della regione. Il barista Branco, uomo d'altri tempi che crede ancora nel suo mestiere, sa come far sentire a proprio agio i clienti. Dopo le camminate nel Carso, rinfrescarsi con un buon pompelmo al bar Istria è d'obbligo. Al bar Istria lo spirito si eleva!
One of the best vintage bars in the region. The bartender Branco, man of the past who still believes in his craft, knows how to make people feel at ease customers. After walking in the Karst, refreshing yourself with a good grapefruit at the Istria bar is a must. At the Istria bar the spirit rises!

L’ambiente è quello misterioso di un bar anni 60, con la qualità che solo un grande barista come Branco, dalla mano esperta, ti sa dare. Il Bar Istria è come un buon pranzo familiare la domenica: non lo cambierei per nulla al mondo! Grazie Branco !
I love this place for its vintage line; at Bar Istria I feel at home, even if I live 20 km away. The atmosphere is the mysterious one of a 60's bar, with the quality that only a great bartender like Branco, with an expert hand, can give you. Bar Istria is like a good family lunch on Sunday: I wouldn't change it for the world! Thanks Branco!
