Un impasto morbido e goloso.
La particolarità è stata la crema.
Crema vera fatta in casa di altissima qualità,
di quelle che gusti il sapore sperando non finisca mai.
Sopratutto credo che nella mia vita è stata la prima a lasciarmi, oltre un buon sapore, un essenza di vaniglia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una rivelazione per una colazione/spuntino davvero ottimi! Cornetti e bombe tra i migliori che io abbia mai mangiato, anche la focaccia e la pizza davvero ottime. Prezzi contenuti. Offrono una terrazza panoramica dove gustare i loro prodotti e un servizio al tavolo molto veloce, inoltre sempre a disposizione acqua gratuita con ghiaccio.
Ultimo ma non per importanza, sono tutti cordialissimi.
A revelation for a really great breakfast / snack! Croissants and bombs among the best I've ever eaten, even the really good focaccia and pizza. Low prices. They offer a panoramic terrace where you can taste their products and a very fast table service, also always available free water with ice.
Last but not least, they are all very cordial.

Molto simpatiche e gentili le cameriere che servono ai tavoli.
Ampio il locale e la comoda veranda esterna.
Very well-stocked pastry bar of excellent quality.
The waitresses who serve the tables are very nice and kind.
The room and the comfortable outdoor veranda are large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria ottima. Venendo dalla Toscana sono entrata per prendere i famosi maritozzi. Ma non trovandoli mi hanno proposto brioche con panna.. esageratamente buoni.. sosta obbligata. Consigliatissimo.
Excellent pastry. Coming from Tuscany, I went in to get the famous Maritozzi. But not finding them they offered me brioche with cream .. exaggeratedly good .. obligatory stop. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since more than 20 years we visit Bar Giusto in Montefiascone. Minimum on Wednesdays along with the market, but very often in-between.
Tramezzini, Mezzalune and all Dolce are really good, so is the coffee!
Maria and her team is always very kind.
A good place to go!
