★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero a Cassano Jonio, con un amico del luogo, che mi ha voluto offrire una granita. Davanti alla Cattedrale Vescovile, siamo entrati in questo baretto, piccolo ma pulito. Il Sig. Fabio ci ha servito 2 favolose GRANITE artigianali, fatte con i limoni della Piana di Sibari. Si sente il sapore del limone che resta in bocca, intenso e persistente.
Cassano Jonio ha tante chiese e palazzi storici da ammirare ed oggi ho verificato che vi è anche un'ottima granita che è una vera delizia del palato.
Veramente squisita.

 I was in Cassano Jonio, with a local friend, who wanted to offer me a granita. In front of the Episcopal Cathedral, we entered this small but clean bar. Mr. Fabio served us 2 fabulous artisanal GRANITE, made with lemons from the Piana di Sibari. You feel the flavor of the lemon that remains in the mouth, intense and persistent.
Cassano Jonio has many churches and historic buildings to admire and today I verified that there is also an excellent granita which is a real delight for the palate.
Really exquisite.
