Secondo me dovrebbero brevettare la ricetta e farne un presidio slow food o addirittura chiedere la tutela come patrimonio dell’umanità. Peccato che la maggioranza delle volte che ci vado lo abbiano già finito. Secondo me dovrebbero aumentarne la produzione e venderlo a stock su pallet surgelato e diffonderlo per il mondo. Solo così Palazzuolo potrà essere conosciuto urbi et orbi. Ah, solo per questa ricetta bisognerebbe forse aprire la pratica per la richiesta di santità della famiglia Gentilini. Un ottimo ristoro in veranda lungo il Senio con ottime piadine panini con toscano ? e una gelateria artigianale fantastica il tutto a prezzi modici!. E poi una perla: c'è un salottino pieno di libri di tutti i generi, che si possono leggere sedendosi indisturbati e perfino prendere a prestito, gestito con garbo e cordialità. Sala con TV all'interno e ampio spazio all'esterno con tavoli nei mesi più caldi. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Great for breakfast with pizza pastries and calzones. On Sunday fried pizza made by them (highly recommended). Very good ice creams, zuccotti and granitas. Room with TV inside and large space outside with tables in the warmer months. Staff very kind and always smiling.

Un mega gelato da 2 gusti costa 2€, ho preso mora e limone, entrambi erano buonissimi Carino anche l'ampio spazio esterno con i tavolini di fianco al fiume Senio Ho visto che fanno anche le coppe gelato, buono a sapersi per la prossima sosta!!?
