★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa ,entro per la prima volta in questo bar e chiedo un cappuccino , la persona addetta ( uomo ) mi presenta il cappuccino nella tazza e poi uscire , chiedo cortesemente se può metterlo in bicchiere di plastica ,il signore mi risponde in maniera maleducata e scocciata dicendomi che dovevo dirlo prima ,io mi scuso e dico che è la prima volta che vengo e lui mi risponde sgarbatamente che spera che sia l'ultima ,io rimango basita e mortificata dal suo comportamento tant'è che nel pagare mi sbaglio e lui mi risponde che sono confusa e non sto bene non ho parole
Negative experience, I enter this bar for the first time and ask for a cappuccino, the person in charge (man) presents me the cappuccino in the cup and then go out, I politely ask if he can put it in a plastic cup, the gentleman replies in a rude way and annoyed by telling me that I had to say it first, I apologize and say that it is the first time that I come and he rudely replies that he hopes it will be the last, I am shocked and mortified by his behavior so much so that in paying I am wrong and he he replies that I'm confused and I'm not well, I have no words
