★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di un sinistro mi sono trovato malissimo, tempi biblici per ogni cosa, zero chiarezza sulle procedure di trasmissione dei documenti, lettere inviate doppie, zero comunicazione tra filiale e sede centrale, mail private e dell'avvocato ignorate, richiesta di blocco di assicurazione respinta e quindi polizza pagata persa nonostante un verbale di sequestro giudiziario e una causa legale in vista. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!
Following an accident I found myself very bad, biblical times for everything, zero clarity on the procedures for transmitting documents, double letters sent, zero communication between branch and headquarters, private and lawyer emails ignored, request for insurance blocking rejected and therefore lost policy paid despite a court seizure report and a lawsuit in sight. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!
