★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosy little gem in the marvelous Val di Fassa! Many awesome nature hikes start here in Penia, which makes this bar a great starting /ending point of your day. Pleasant personnel, kids friendly, nice outside terrace with fantastic views.. And good coffee! Will be coming back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy, friendly local Italian speaking owners, excellent simple food. Definitely sample the one beer they have on tap, and the cakes are something special. A hidden gem, definitely visit if you’re staying in Penia or Alba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this establishment a 4-star rating because of what it is.......a local, unpretentious cafe/bar right in the centre of town, run by a local Italian family who speak minimal English but have the biggest smiles and welcome awaiting you. Food appears to be simple and they've only got one beer on tap!
