★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado li tutte le mattine alle 5.ovada è zeppa di bar, ma al bar caffè piazza castello la qualità si differenzia. Caffè e focaccine ottime, prezzi modici e la velocità della barista/titolare è molto molto alta. Consigliato al 100%
I go there every morning at 5.ovada it is full of bars, but at the piazza castello café the quality differs. Excellent coffee and scones, moderate prices and the speed of the barista / owner is very very high. 100% recommended

A relaxing place to have breakfast early in the morning with many choices of sweet, savory ... and in the evening an aperitif with friends ..... always smiling staff ... excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar storico in Ovada, ha cambiato nel corso degli anni molte gestioni, ultimamente funzionava bene fino alla chiusura causa covid. Riaperto poi recentemente da nuovi gestori. Comodissimo per il parcheggio, l'esterno dell'edificio e' poco curato e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione da parte della proprietà che probabilmente è più intenzionata a vendere l'intero stabile. Internamente invece si presenta bene, rimodernato qualche anno fa risulta essere accogliente. La nuova gestione, una coppia molto gentile e dinamica che cura molto ogni aspetto, ampia scelta di brioches, focacce, panini ecc. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Visibilmente presente anche la lista degli allergeni. Bravi.
Historic bar in Ovada, has changed many managements over the years, lately it worked well until it closed due to covid. Then recently reopened by new managers. Very convenient for parking, the exterior of the building is poorly maintained and would need a renovation by the property which is probably more willing to sell the entire building. Internally, on the other hand, it looks good, renovated a few years ago and is welcoming. The new management, a very kind and dynamic couple who take great care of every aspect, a wide choice of brioches, focaccia, sandwiches etc. All very neat and clean. The list of allergens is also visible. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho visto interno. Ma grazie ad una magnifica giornata di sole ho potuto godere la magia dell intero borgo, la cura nel conservarlo. Una foto per tutte...il campanile ..sento ancora il rintocco delle campane che che svaniva nell etere. Vale la pena uscire al casello di Ovada andando in Riviera. Irene
I did not see inside. But thanks to a magnificent sunny day I was able to enjoy the magic of the entire village, the care in preserving it. A photo for all ... the bell tower .. I can still hear the tolling of the bells that vanished into the ether. It is worth going out at the Ovada tollbooth by going to the Riviera. Irene
