draussen sitzt man echt bombe, für ein Aperol Spritz und dem treiben zu zuschauen, einfach eine perfekte Lokation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man Samstag Nachnittag in Schalnders ist sollte dort geöffnet sein aber dies ist nicht der Fall. Von 3 Mal war 3 mal geschlossen obwohlt angeblich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.
If you are Saturday afternoon in Schalnders there should be open but this is not the case. 3 times was closed 3 times although supposedly open until 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Bar, direkt am "Platzl", mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Leckere Eisbecher, die man auch im Freien genießen kann.
Nice bar, right on the "Platzl", in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Delicious sundaes that can also be enjoyed outdoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merkwürdige Öffnungszeiten (Samstag ab 13.30 Uhr, Sonntag ganztägig geschlossen). Eis kann schon mal alle sein. Ansonsten aber schöne Lage im Ortszentrum von Schlanders. Prompte und immer freundliche Bedienung, allerdings mit leichten Rechtschreibschwächen ("SAMSTAG'S AB 17 UHR GESCHLOSSEN" )
Strange opening times (Saturday from 1.30 p.m., Sunday closed all day). Ice cream can be everyone. Otherwise, however, beautiful location in the center of Schlanders. Prompt and always friendly service, but with slight spelling weaknesses ("SATURDAY'S CLOSED FROM 5 PM")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Service. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Lecker Apfelstrudel und auch sonst gute Qualität zu günstigen Preisen. Auch als nur Gesunder fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen.
Very friendly service. Everything neat and clean. Delicious apple strudel and otherwise good quality at reasonable prices. Even if you are only healthy you feel very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastfreundlichkeit ist im Vinschgau ja schon „normal“, freundlich, herzlich, zuvorkommend und dankbar auf eine Art die man so nicht oft erlebt. Die nette Dame am Eis hat aber noch eins drauf gesetzt. Meine Tochter (4) hat eine Ei und Milch Allergie und Eis zu finden ist nicht immer leicht. Die Dame war sich nicht ganz sicher welche Sorten ohne sind und ging zur Sicherheit nochmal nachfragen. Dann holte sie noch eine Zutatenliste und wir sahen nochmal nach. Das ist leider immer so bei uns und oft genug kann sie dann keins bekommen. Es dauert manchmal auch paar Minuten. Sie hatten sogar mehrere Sorten. Und bei allem Aufwand bekam meine Tochter ihr oberleckeres Eis auch noch aufs Haus … ich wusste garnicht gleich was ich sagen sollte!!! Ich weiß nicht ob man das noch Gastfreundlich nennen kann oder ob es dafür schon ein anderes Wort gibt?! Einfach Klasse!!! Danke
Hospitality is "normal" in Vinschgau, friendly, cordial, courteous and grateful in a way that is not often experienced. But the nice lady on the ice went one better. My daughter (4) has an egg and milk allergy and finding ice cream is not always easy. The lady wasn't quite sure which varieties are without and went to ask again to be on the safe side. Then she got a list of ingredients and we checked again. Unfortunately, that's always the case with us and often enough she can't get one. Sometimes it takes a few minutes. They even had several varieties. And with all the effort, my daughter got her delicious ice cream on the house ... I didn't know what to say right away! I don't know if you can still call it hospitable or if there is already another word for it ?! Simply great! Thank you
