★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 7 giugno dopo la visita mattutina al Bunker del Monte Soratte ci siamo fermati al Vikingo Bar per mangiare qualcosa di veloce e non impegnativo come al ristorante. Ottima scelta di panini, ma ci siamo orientati su un classico tagliere di formaggi e salumi, molto era di provenienza locale. Un misto abbondante e gustoso. Ed estrema gentilezza dei proprietari, giovani, veloci, professionali e sorridenti. Bravi !!!
 Sunday 7 June after the morning visit to the Bunker of Monte Soratte we stopped at the Vikingo Bar to eat something fast and not as demanding as in the restaurant. Excellent choice of sandwiches, but we oriented ourselves on a classic cheese and salami platter, much of it was of local origin. A hearty and tasty mix. And extreme kindness of the owners, young, fast, professional and smiling. Well done !!!
