β β β β β The place is very popular. It is by the seaside. Coffee is good but unfortunately the staff is not very friendly, especially when you are speaking english.

β β β β β We visited the location on via Roma and were literally hunted by the server who kept checking we drank our coffee without it getting cold and making snarky remarks about the fact we were taking our time to relax there.
We later in our vacation visited the location with the same name on the Corso. We tried using the restroom and asked for toilet paper to be added. Instead of setting it up for us, the server handed us the huge roll, I guess expecting us to do it for him. When I tried asking him to do it, he didn't speak English (I only speak a little Italian) and he got flustered by my requests eventually complaining to his coworker about me, in front of me!
Never to return, I guess both locations hate business or tourists.

β β β β β Served us wine instead of the orange soda we ordered and would not take it off the bill when corrected. Also didn't want to give us the password for the Wi-Fi, which was supposed to be open for customers' use and was one of the main reasons we decided on this particular place. Service was unpleasant. Don't recommend.

β β β β β I ordered espresso and a chocolate croissant - I got this on the picture instead. Espresso was really tasty, the chocolate thing was, well, okay.
I was served by two different waiters, both were polite, but I got the feeling that they don't like people sitting for too long on the terrace. My espresso cup disappeared from the table the moment I had my last sip. I was gonna have one more cup of espresso anyway, but I still felt rushed.
