★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato mezzo chilo di trippa e qualche tramezzino di carne, la trippa (sicuramente andata da un po’ di giorni) aveva un odore terribile.
Chiamo il proprietario facendoli notare dell’accaduto, la sua risposta è stata “signora è impossibile la mia trippa è la più buona di Livorno” continuando con le sue insistenti e ignoranti convinzioni decido di lasciar perdere.
Ora io dico.. tra la trippa che puzzava di rancido, i tramezzini di carne che all’interno avevano assorbito tutto l’olio del ripieno e che ormai anch’essi erano da buttare, chiedere un po’ di educazione è troppo?
Sicuramente ha perso un cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prontocuoci scadente, prodotti accatastati uno sopra l’altro, la maggior parte dei prodotti preparati al banco sono gli stessi che trovo al supermercato, sicuramente sono prodotti acquistati già pronti che loro spacciano per prodotti preparati da loro.
Trattare in questo modo i prodotti che hai sapendo che a due passi hai un concorrente è da sciocchi.
Mai più.
Poor ready-to-cook products, products stacked one on top of the other, most of the products prepared at the counter are the same ones I find at the supermarket, they are certainly purchased ready-made products that they pass off as products prepared by them.
Treating the products you have in this way knowing that you have a competitor on your doorstep is foolish.
