★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una"banchetta" che vuole darsi una bella immagine e giocare fra i grandi nomi.... Ma dal personale (non tutti naturalmente) veramente scortese e inadatto..... Forse insieme ai corsi di aggiornamento servirebbero anche quelli di buone maniere.... In giro ci sono tante altre Banche... Meditate gente. Meditate.
A "feast" that wants to give itself a good image and play among the big names .... But from the staff (not all of course) really rude and unsuitable ..... Perhaps, together with the refresher courses, good manners would also be needed. ... There are many other banks around ... Meditate people. Meditate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la fusione della banca ho riscontrato alcune difficoltà tra bancomat e password per l home banking, dopo varie peripezie però sono riuscita a parlare con un impiegato di nome Ru Me, per privacy metto solo le iniziali, che è stato così tempestivo e disponibile che mi sembra giusto essere riconoscente ed apprezzare il suo operato non sempre scontato.
Avevo perso la speranza ?grazie ancora Ru Me!☺️
With the merger of the bank I encountered some difficulties between ATMs and passwords for home banking, but after various ups and downs I managed to talk to an employee named Ru Me, for privacy I only put my initials, who was so prompt and helpful that I it seems right to be grateful and appreciate his work which is not always taken for granted.
