Rivolgendoci a un'altra autofficina abbiamo scoperto che non sono stati sostituiti dei pezzi che dovevano essere compresi nel servizio e che l'ulteriore lavoro che le era stato detto di dover fare non era in realtà da effettuare.
 Bad service. My mother took the car to be fixed and paid double the market rates. Turning to another repair shop we discovered that parts that had to be included in the service were not replaced and that the additional work she was told to do was not actually to be done.
