★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato senza appuntamento dato che avevo necessità di sostituire le gomme in quanto il mio solito gommista ha fatto casini con gli appuntamenti. Cospargendomi il capo di cenere ho chiesto con cortesia se avessero avuto tempo di sostituirmi le ruote (sbullonare e imbullonare le nuove); dopo breve verifica in officina e risposta positiva sono uscito con le gomme montate. I punti di forza che mi hanno lasciato a bocca aperta? Empatia, cortesia, professionalità (trovatemi un altro posto dove mettono coprisedili, coprivolante e copricambio!) e cura del cliente. Ragazzi, grazie davvero di tutto ed alla prossima (con appuntamento stavolta!)
I showed up without an appointment as I needed to replace the tires as my usual tire dealer messed around with appointments. Sprinkling my head with ashes, I asked politely if they had had time to replace the wheels (unbolt and bolt on the new ones); after a brief check in the workshop and a positive response, I went out with the tires mounted. The strengths that left me speechless? Empathy, courtesy, professionalism (find me another place where they put seat covers, steering wheel covers and gear covers!) And customer care. Guys, thank you very much for everything and see you next time (with an appointment this time!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ circa 3 anni fa e 40.000 km fa hanno sostituito la frizione della mia citroen che ora però è nuovamente da cambiare ( 40.000 km per una frizione è davvero molto poco ). Malauguratamente ho smarrito la copia della fattura allora rilasciata e, alla richiesta di invio della stessa per verificare il lavoro allora eseguito e dopo aver spiegato la situazione mi è stato risposto che non è possibile averla...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrare in officina per una riparazione uscirne dopo 15gg e ritrovarmi dopo pochi KM fermo in autostrada ad aspettare il carro attrezzi .
Per loro il lavoro è stato eseguito correttamente. La serietà è per tanti ma non per tutti .
Enter the workshop for a repair and leave it after 15 days and find myself after a few KM stopped on the highway waiting for the tow truck.
For them the work was done correctly. Seriousness is for many but not for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto da riconsegnare dopo 4/5 giorni ma ridata dopo 15 giorni senza avvisare. Dopo pochi kilometri nuovo guasto dovuto ad una loro incuranza. (190 euro). poco competenti e scortesi. La peggior officina Citroen di Pavia e provincia.
