L'asportazione parziale del carcinoma basocellulare (parzialità rilevata dal patologo, ma da lui ignorata) provoca una recidiva di massa superiore dopo soli 3 mesi. La maleducazione della segretaria ha dell'incredibile: alla mia richiesta di ricevere un appuntamento urgente per un controllo della recidiva, mi risponde "adesso il Dottore è in ferie, la settimana prossima è tutto pieno, SE NE TROVI UN ALTRO"
Bad experience, indecent professionalism oriented exclusively to business. The partial removal of the basal cell carcinoma (partiality detected by the pathologist, but ignored by him) causes a recurrence of greater mass after only 3 months. The rudeness of the secretary is unbelievable: to my request to receive an urgent appointment to check the recidivism, she replies "now the Doctor is on vacation, next week is all full, IF YOU FIND ANOTHER"

Ho contattato il centro semplicemente per avere un'idea indicativa sui prezzi dell'epilazione laser e la segretaria con cui ho parlato mi ha detto che non ne aveva idea e che avrei dovuto fare necessariamente una VISITA (a pagamento!) con la dottoressa che, dopo aver valutato fototipo e tipo di pelo, avrebbe potuto farmi un preventivo. Dico solo che la fantomatica "visita" (pagata quanto una visita specialistica) è consistita nello stamparmi un listino prezzi. Non mi è stato chiesto di scoprire nemmeno 1 cm di pelle per valutare il pelo, i nei, nulla. Sono arrabbiata da cliente e da futuro medico.
Bad experience. I contacted the center simply to get an indicative idea on the prices of laser hair removal and the secretary with whom I spoke told me that she had no idea and that I would necessarily have to make a VISIT (for a fee!) With the doctor who, after evaluating phototype and type of hair, he could have made me a quote. I'm just saying that the phantom "visit" (paid as much as a specialist visit) consisted in printing me a price list. I was not asked to uncover even 1 cm of skin to evaluate the hair, the moles, nothing. I am angry as a client and as a future doctor.
