Attese di oltre un ora e 30 nonostante appuntamento per poi farmi ritornare poiché il preposto era assente!! Vergogna oltre ogni limite. Per non parlare dell'incapacità lavorativa e logistica del dipendente!!!! E soprattutto dell'arroganza che hanno, "non tutti ma la maggior parte", di rispondere come se noi clienti fossimo dei banchieri e quindi siamo tenuti a capire e a gestire determinate situazioni, non capendo sti gran c..., che andiamo da loro per necessità e per capire quello che non capiamo o per fare cose che concerne la banca sbrigare, ma siccome ci siddia pure a campare, si alterano se una gli chiede informazioni. Ogni volta che vado in questa banca mi faccio il segno della croce.. Ringrazio il cassiere Franco che fino a ora è stato l unico gentile garbato e disponibilissimo a risolverti e a spiegarti qualsiasi dubbio. Più dipendenti come lui e meno facce di c... Presuntuose e cose Inutili che scaldano solo la sedia per prendersi lo stipendio a fine mese. It took two months to close an account.
