★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un vero disastro; c è sempre un problema per ogni operazione anche di normale routine; tempi che non corrispondono mai a quelli che ti vengono detti; di gran lunga il peggior istituto di credito col quale ho avuto a che fare;poi nn saprei dire se è solo la filiale o è la normalità ma di sicuro sconsigliatissimo
 A real disaster; there is always a problem for every operation, even of normal routine; times that never correspond to what you are told; by far the worst credit institution I have dealt with; then I wouldn't know if it's just the branch or it's normal but certainly not recommended
