Credo che siate a conduzione familiare e dalle prime impressioni sembrava che lavoraste abbastanza bene. Le pizze non erano proprio eccezionali, un po' bruciacchiate sotto, ma tutto sommato buone. Ieri sera ho voluto riprovare a prendere 2 pizze e ho fatto l'ordinazione x telefono con consegna a domicilio. Quando ho aperto la prima pizza ho visto subito che era completamente bruciata sopra e mal fatta, l'altra invece completamente bruciata sotto, sintomo che la farina bruciata non viene rimossa dal forno e continuano a cuocere sopra le altre pizze. Quindi ho immediatamente telefonato x contestare la pessima qualità delle pizze consegnate e mi rispondete dicendo che forse sono un più cotte del solito e dopotutto il forno è a legna, ma dite comunque che siete disposti a rifarle immediatamente. Le pizze che mi vengono portate in seguito sono fatte perfettamente e non bruciate. Allora vuol dire che siete capaci di lavorare a regola d'arte, ma preferite lavorare frettolosamente! Francamente non mi sembra un modo serio di lavorare, perché il cliente ha diritto a ricevere una pizza ben fatta senza doverlo chiedere ogni volta, e se si vuole dare un buon servizio non si può lavorare frettolosamente e con superficialità! Per tutti questi motivi non ordinerò mai più da voi! I wanted to try this pizzeria a month ago and therefore I came directly to order and pick up the pizzas. I think you are family run and from the first impressions it seemed that you worked well enough. The pizzas were not exactly exceptional, a bit scorched underneath, but all in all good. Last night I wanted to try again to take 2 pizzas and I made the order x phone with home delivery. When I opened the first pizza I immediately saw that it was completely burnt on top and badly made, the other instead completely burnt below, a symptom that the burnt flour is not removed from the oven and continue to cook on top of the other pizzas. So I immediately telephoned to contest the poor quality of the delivered pizzas and you answer me saying that perhaps they are a more cooked than usual and after all the oven is wood-fired, but you still say that you are willing to redo them immediately. The pizzas that are brought to me later are perfectly made and not burnt. Then it means that you are able to work properly, but you prefer to work hastily! Frankly, it doesn't seem like a serious way of working, because the customer has the right to receive a well-made pizza without having to ask for it every time, and if you want to give a good service you can't work hastily and superficially! For all these reasons I will never order from you again!

Frequentando per lavoro spesso Carnago, collaboro con lo studio grafico @elitastudiobottega ho provato più o meno tutti i locali attorno che offrono asporto per una pausa pranzo veloce e a volte anche per una serata senza voglia di cucinare. Be devo dire, dopo aver provato forse tutte le pizzerie d'asporto nei dintorni che questa pizzeria è secondo me la migliore in assoluto. Gli ingradienti sono sempre di ottima qualità e le pizze sono gustose e digeribili! Devo dire che senza dubbio vi consiglio di provarla se siete da queste parti! ???? P.s. state solo attenti ad azzeccare la giusta porta d'ingresso, non è molto ben in vista, forse è più facile farsi guidare dal profumo che esce.... Mmm che fame. Voi l'avete già provata? The ingredients are always of excellent quality and the pizzas are tasty and digestible! I must say that without a doubt I recommend you to try it if you are around here! ???? P.s. just be careful to guess the right front door, it is not very well visible, perhaps it is easier to be guided by the scent that comes out .... Mmm what hunger. Have you already tried it?
