★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente sono irraggiungibili: impossibile prendere un appuntamento perchè non rispondono al telefono o dicono di chiamare qualcun altro che o è in ferie o non risponde: è più di una settimana che sto cercando di prendere un appuntamento per ritirare un bancomat (una cosa di pochi minuti) e ancora non sono riuscita!
Lately they are unreachable: impossible to make an appointment because they do not answer the phone or say to call someone else who is either on vacation or not answering: it is more than a week that I have been trying to make an appointment to collect an ATM (a matter of a few minutes ) and still have not succeeded!

I've been trying to call for more than 1 hour. He plays free and no one answers. Indeed they take the line and slam it down. Nice service! I can not go to the agency without an appointment and then what do I do ??? !!!! Thanks BPM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimbalzato, pur essendo due volte cliente, in 3 filiali diverse in meno di un anno, nessun nuovo responsabile (e siamo a 3) si prende la briga di "conoscerti" pur con il conto aziendale, non rispondono e quando lo fanno e ti dicono che richiamano, non lo fanno. Veramente imbarazzanti. Sto valutando un'azione legale.
Bounced, despite being twice a customer, in 3 different branches in less than a year, no new manager (and we are 3) takes the trouble to "know" even with the company account, they do not answer and when they do and tell you which recall, they do not. Really embarrassing. I'm considering a legal action.
