g	giuseppe di franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non posso metterne mezza,tenetevi lontano da questa banca e dal sig.marcantonio MOLTO maleducato e poco professionale,stamattina dalle 9 che provo a chiamare per fissare un appuntamento in filiale ..mai una risposta sempre il telefono fuori posto...riescono a rispondermi e parlo col sig MarcAntonio solo alle 12:15..e molto maleducatamente mi ha risposto che l'appuntamento me lo dava dopo 8 giorni ,consigliadomi di pagare a chi avrei dovuto ..con ritardo!. Chiudo il telefono, esco, mi reco a Gravina di Catania, cerco posto, posteggio alle 15:30, arrivo in banca e mi dicono (nonostante le informative affisse alla porta dicessero il contrario) che dalle 14:20 in poi, non ricevono il pubblico. Insisto dicendo che per telefono avrebbero potuto anche dirlo e mi risponono che non danno questo tipo di servizio. I call at 2:20 pm for information and they answer that they can only give information at the counter.
