★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inadeguato , durante tutto il 2020, lockdown o no, le due volte in cui mi sono recata di persona in sede, per pratiche che purtroppo non ho potuto espletare da internet, sono stata maltrattata e sopportata per averli disturbati dal loro torpore.
Questo pomeriggio, dopo aver telefonato per sapere se avrei dovuto o no prenotare, mi sono sentita rifiutare l accesso in quanto in questa filiale al mattino si dedicano agli sportelli, al pomeriggio alle consulenze. Peccato che io avevo bisogno della cassa e quindi ho sprecato un permesso di lavoro.
Sarebbe bastato al momento dell informazione telefonica specificare che al mattino vengono svolte alcune operazioni bancarie e al pomeriggio altre. Ma tutto ciò comporta uno sforzo di educazione e professionalità che questi dipendenti non conoscono. Purtroppo questa sede peggiora giorno dopo giorno. Alcune persone dovrebbero cambiare lavoro. Hanno la fortuna di averlo un lavoro, sicuro ben retribuito ma non basta..... Peccato per loro.
Spero appena possibile di chiudere i conti e recarmi in una sede più seria che tratti i clienti con più educazione e professionalità.
Inadequate staff, throughout 2020, lockdown or not, the two times I went in person to the office, for practices that unfortunately I could not carry out from the internet, I was abused and endured for disturbing them from their torpor.
This afternoon, after phoning to find out whether or not I should book, I felt refused access because in this branch they dedicate themselves to the counters in the morning and consultancy in the afternoon. Too bad I needed the cash desk and therefore wasted a work permit.
It would have been enough at the time of the telephone information to specify that some banking operations are carried out in the morning and others in the afternoon. But all this involves an effort of education and professionalism that these employees do not know. Unfortunately, this site is getting worse every day. Some people should change jobs. They are lucky enough to have a job, sure well paid but not enough ..... Too bad for them.
I hope as soon as possible to close the accounts and go to a more serious office that treats customers with more education and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale impreparato è 1,30h che sto aspettando in coda per poter pagare allo sportello,solo 1 sportello aperto,e non ne possono aprire un 'altro! E adesso vedo uscire dalla banca 2 persone del personale che altre volte ho visto fare lavoro di sportello (quindi personale ce n'è per poter aprire il 2' sportello)uscire per andare a prendere il caffè!
Unprepared staff is 1,30h that I am waiting in line to be able to pay at the counter, only 1 counter open, and they cannot open another one! And now I see 2 staff people coming out of the bank that other times I have seen work at the counter (so there is staff to be able to open the 2nd counter) going out to go and get coffee!
