★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima vengo privato del mio bancomat da un loro atm guasto, ok può capitare.
Un loro tecnico che per puro caso è arrivato poco dopo mi ha dato supporto suggerendomi di non bloccare la carta, e che mi sarebbe stata rinviata nella filiale della mia città dopo 10 giorni, ma che non poteva ridarmelo per motivi burocratici, ok..
Dopo ben 35 giorni arriva questa fatidica carta nella mia filiale. Sorpresa: carta tagliata! Risultato: blocco della carta per il tempo necessario a richiedere il duplicato (che io dovrò ripagare), e facendomi saltare peraltro l'addebito diretto del mio conto telefonico per non so quale ragione (altra perdita di tempo). L'ultima (spero) perdita di tempo è la scrittura di questa recensione che mi auguro solo venga letta da colui che ha tagliato la mia carta giusto per potergli dire un sentito "ma come strac***o lavori????"

One of their technicians who by pure chance arrived shortly after gave me support by suggesting not to block the card, and that it would be sent back to my city branch after 10 days, but who could not give it back to me for bureaucratic reasons, ok ..
After 35 days, this fateful card arrives in my branch. Surprise: paper cut! Result: blocking of the card for the time necessary to request the duplicate (which I will have to pay back), and making me skip the direct debit of my telephone account for I don't know what reason (other waste of time). The last (I hope) waste of time is the writing of this review which I only hope will be read by the one who cut my paper just to be able to say a heartfelt "but how do you work *** or work ????"
