Ho dovuto aspettare un mese per l'attivazione del telepass (quando davano la colpa alla società telepass) per colpa loro. Inoltre, per ottenere un assegno verso gli Stati Uniti sono stata sballottata da una filiale all'altra, quando conosco gente che alla stessa banca di Bergamo ha ottenuto ciò di cui necessitava in 10 minuti. Ho dovuto aprire un nuovo conto in un'altra banca per poter fare l'assegno. Vergognoso.
The staff is incapable and often does not know how to respond to the customer's needs. I had to wait a month for the activation of the telepass (when they blamed the telepass company) for their fault. Furthermore, to get a check to the United States I was tossed from one branch to another when I met people at the same bank in Bergamo who got what they needed in 10 minutes. I had to open a new account in another bank in order to make the check. Shameful.
