È trascorso quasi un mese ed ancora non ho ricevuto l'accredito dei miei soldi. Ho fatto una segnalazione alla sede centrale tramite PEC e non ho avuto nessun riscontro. Sono esattamente 24 giorni che telefono ripetutamente alla filiale ed ho avuto soltanto due risposte, di cui l'ultima risale a due settimane fa, telefonata in cui chi si sta occupando della mia pratica mi ha detto di aver effettuato il bonifico il giorno prima, per cui devo dedurre anche la malafede, oltre la negligenza. Bad management of the branch, inefficiency in customer care ... by mistake they charged me a loan installment, once it was completely extinguished. Almost a month has passed and I still haven't received my money. I made a report to the head office via PEC and I didn't get any feedback. It is exactly 24 days that I repeatedly phone at the branch and I have only had two answers, the last of which dates back to two weeks ago, a phone call in which the person who is handling my case told me that he had made the transfer the day before, for to which I must also deduce bad faith, beyond negligence.

Responsabile di turno spero che leggerai questa recensione, ma in un periodo così particolare dove ogni azienda ancora per 80% fa attività telefonica perché emergenza covid 19 ancora è attiva, al TELEFONO DEVI FAR RISPONDEREEEEEE...... sei un irresponsabile e lavativi...... Vergognati!!!! Unfortunately I give a star because you cannot do reviews with 0 stars .... bad branch bad manager the staff is not to blame because the directives the manager gives them .... Responsible on duty I hope you will read this review, but in such a particular period where every company still has 80% telephone activity because covid 19 emergency is still active, on the PHONE YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANSWER EEEEE ...... you are irresponsible and doomed. .....
