★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: mi sono recata lì per la prima volta, una buona impressione, lo studio curato e pulito, il personale cortese, arriva il mio turno per una “semplice” pulizia dei denti che si è trasformata in tutt’altro. Eseguita da un altro dottore, per bene aggiungerei, arriva il dott. Galluccio per controllare e inizia tutta una tiritera assolutamente non richiesta sul fatto che le persone non sanno pulirei i denti, ha messo in dubbio quanto tempo fosse passato dall’ultima pulizia (non vedo perché avrei dovuto mentire) sostenendo che addirittura forse non l’avevo mai fatta prima in vita mia, il massimo della presunzione e della scortesia quando se ne esce con un opuscolo in cui vi è la guida all’igiene orale sostenendo che dovessi leggerlo e impararlo e pretendendo di restituirglielo la volta successiva. Il tutto coronato dal fatto che mi è costata ben 70€ mentre in tutti gli altri centri costa 50. Di sicuro non vi tornerò mai più e imparate a trattare col paziente/cliente prima di curare l’aspetto esteriore
 Bad experience: I went there for the first time, a good impression, the well-kept and clean studio, the courteous staff, my turn comes for a "simple" cleaning of the teeth that has turned into something else. Performed by another doctor, for good I would add, Dr. Galluccio to check and start a whole absolutely unsolicited spiel about the fact that people don't know how to clean their teeth, he questioned how long it had been since the last cleaning (I don't see why I should have lied) claiming that maybe I didn't even have it never done before in my life, the height of conceit and rudeness when you come up with a booklet containing the guide to oral hygiene claiming that I should read and learn it and pretending to give it back next time. All crowned by the fact that it cost me a good € 70 while in all the other centers it costs 50. I will certainly never go back and learn to deal with the patient / client before taking care of the outward appearance
