★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cacioli carlo, ho tentato piu' volte di parlare con la sig.ra nardella, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. tanto e' vero che l'unica volta che sono riuscito a parlarle, mi sono presentato con il cognome di mia moglie. mi dovrebbe mandare dei documenti di una 4you, ma visto il comportamento, credo che abbiano qualcosa da nascondere, lei come funzionaria, e la banca stessa, non mi daro' per vinto, andro' fino in fondo. penso di interpellare una associazione dei consumatori.

Ma da un anno a questa parte è impossibile parlare con il proprio consulente, o con la filiale in generale. Le email cadono nel vuoto così come le telefonate. Impossibile avere risposte informazioni. Nessuna attenzione al cliente. Sto chiudendo tutte le mie posizioni.
I have been a customer of this branch for years, with a family account. Nothing to say until a year ago. Consultants present, attentive. But a year now it is impossible to speak with their advisor, or the branch in general. Emails fall on deaf ears as do phone calls. Could not get information answers. No attention to the customer. I am closing all my positions.
