They NEVER answer the phone, in this time of uncertain hours / closures etc you can even die before they answer the phone.

Imbarazzante l’inefficienza.
For any transaction, even the most trivial, you have to go back to the bank at least 10.20 times.
The inefficiency is embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me la colpa è dei dipendenti per le inefficienze. Forse lavorano troppo ma dalle facce sembrano i soliti lassisti...non mi piace e la sconsiglierei.
In my opinion, the fault lies with the employees for the inefficiencies. Maybe they work too much but their faces seem like the usual lax ... I don't like it and I would advise against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima!!! Servizio al cliente, educazione, professionalità e tempi d’attesa (passano avanti gli amici) sono a dir poco imbarazzanti! Anni fa decisi di chiudere e passare ad un conto online a causa dei continui disservizi, incompetenza e maleducazione della filiale di banca (altra) presso la quale avevo un conto, a distanza di anni ho avuto la conferma che mai scelta fu più saggia!
Terrible !!! Customer service, education, professionalism and waiting times (friends pass by) are embarrassing to say the least! Years ago I decided to close and switch to an online account due to the continuous inefficiencies, incompetence and rudeness of the bank branch (other) with which I had an account, after many years I had the confirmation that never was a wiser choice!
