Chiedo di essere richiamata poichè non riesco a prendere un appuntamento e sono ancora qua che aspetto. Che vergogna!!!!!! Ma non c'è nessuno dei responsabili che legge queste recensioni????? I have been calling for months asking to speak to a certain person - they pass me the extension and leave me on the phone that rings empty for tens of minutes. I ask to be called back as I can't make an appointment and I'm still here waiting. What a shame!!!!!! But there is none of the managers reading these reviews ?????
