★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di un preventivo per surroga di mutuo. Dopo aver fatto una ricerca su mutuionline.it ricevo una telefonata direttamente da siena in cui mi fissano un appuntamento presso l'agenzia di Caltagirone.
Arrivo puntuale all'appuntamento e mi dicono che la persona che si occupa di mutui è in ferie. Mi viene detto comunque di aspettare. Aspetto. Mezz'ora. Tre quarti d'ora. Un'ora. Tutti mi passano davanti e io ancora aspetto. Alla fine me ne vado. Non mi vedranno mai più. Ho già un preventivo di un'altra banca. Farò la surroga presso l'altra banca.
Una disorganizzazione e una scarsa attenzione alle persone degne da fare invidia al peggiore ufficio comunale davvero.
I needed a mortgage subrogation quote. After doing a search on mutuionline.it I get a phone call directly from Siena in which they make me an appointment at the agency in Caltagirone.
I arrive on time for the appointment and they tell me that the person dealing with the mortgage is on vacation. I'm told to wait anyway. Appearance. Half an hour. Three quarters of an hour. One hour. Everyone passes me and I still wait. In the end I leave. They will never see me again. I already have a quote from another bank. I will do the subrogation at the other bank.
A disorganization and a lack of attention to people worthy to envy the worst municipal office really.
