Se sono così oberati di lavoro mi recherò presso un'altra banca. Spero la direzione si accerti della pessima immagine che alle 15:25 ha dato dell'istituto all'impresa che contattava la banca per avere una informazione ed è rimasta a bocca aperta dopo essersi ritrovata il telefomo chiuso in faccia. Magari può essere indice del perché le recensioni per questa banca siano così brutte. Extremely rude the employee who answered the phone today. A	Antonino Seminara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo questa banca ha solo difetti con 0 pregi dovevo sbloccare un contratto ma sono stato trattato in malo modo mi spiego erano le 15,37 l'impiegata mi ha pressato dicendo che alle 16,15 chiudevano mica ci dobbiamo coricare qua si sbrighi sennò non concludiamo niente,bene sbloccato il contratto non mi ha dato nemmeno il tempo di una seconda delucidazione che è andata nell'altra stanza a parlare con un'altra collega.Sgarbati e maleducati.Spero che a Milano leggano che una delle sue filiali è da evitare come la peste cosi da tirarvi un po le orecchie. Ho provato a chiamare i numeri fissi, ma non rispondono e dopo qualche tentativo staccano la linea. Ho chiamato il numero verde, preso appuntamento, ritorno nuovamente ma l'appuntamento è stato perso; nonostante avessi tutti i dati relativi all'appuntamento (nome, cognome, orario, data, nome dell'operatore telefonico) ci hanno indirizzato verso un'altra filiale dove gli impiegati sembrano avere più fantasia di lavorare. Vorrei capire com'è possibile che telefoni innumerevoli volte e il direttore non si renda conto che mai nessuno risponde al telefono?? Molto presto ovviamente chiusura conto... Dire di trovarsi molto male non rende neanche l'idea! But does this bank have a director inside?
